Forest View is a beautiful elderly community (elderly is defined as 62 years of age or disabled of any age) with 2-2 bedrooms and 4-1 bedroom units, one being barrier-free. Nestled around gardens and trees, Forest View is a very relaxing and naturalistic place. Yet next store is the Health Center and Beaver Island is moments away. Spacious kitchens with all the treats: roomy pantry, self-cleaning range, 5-cycle dishwasher, & more. Since cold winter is 1/2 of our year, it's nice to know you don't have to go outside to get your mail, get rid of your recycling or garbage, or do your laundry. It's all right here in the building, so wear your slippers! We have a wonderful community room, personal patios, and added storeroom with each unit. Our rent includes electricity, heat, air conditioning, water, sewer, trash removal, snow plowing, and yard care. I believe this means worry-free living! Rent is based on income.
