Bay Park Tower South is located in East Tawas right across from Lake Huron. We are located close to shopping, outdoor activities, and Ascension St. Joseph Hospital. We have 40 one bedroom units that are 600 sq. ft. and 1 two bedroom unit that is 800 sq. ft. All units have a balcony. Barrier free units may be available This building has 5 stories with storage for residents on each floor, as well as a garbage chute. We offer a large Community Room for resident and we have a library with computers for resident use.
