Springwells Partners V consists of two communities: Grand Apartments and Lawndale Apartments, located in the lively Vernor neighborhood of Southwest Detroit. Also known as Mexican Town, Southwest Detroit consists of schools, parks, recreation, and a variety of restaurants and retailers unique to the area. Southwest Detroit is close to the Detroit River and the Riverwalk area, borders the historic Corktown area and is only a few minutes from Downtown Detroit. Historic Fort Wayne is nearby with historical tours and hosts regular family-friendly events.

The Grand Apartments is a 15-unit apartment community located at 565 West Grand Boulevard.
Lawndale Apartments is a 14-unit apartment community located at 2201 Lawndale Street.
Both buildings are equipped with central air and a lift elevator for disabled residents. We are an affordable housing community and accept Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers.
